Adam grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. He pursued his B.S. in Chemistry at Indiana University where he spent 3 years in the laboratory of David R. Williams. During his time in the Williams group, he worked on the synthesis of a novel HSF1 inhibitor and the Laureacetal family of sesquiterpenes. A percussionist at heart, Adam enjoys spending his free time drumming to new music – not to say you can't find him doing the same while working at the hood.
